Precautions for the operation of the sizing machine
1. Safety operation standards
Wear protective equipment: Operators are required to wear personal protective equipment such as safety helmets, goggles, and gloves.
Prohibit illegal operations:
Overloading of equipment is strictly prohibited (such as exceeding the large forming force of the sizing machine).
Do not touch moving parts or workpieces while the device is running.
Do not leave the operating position during the calibration process.
Emergency situation handling: Familiarize yourself with the location of the emergency stop button, and immediately stop and report any abnormal situations (such as abnormal noise, smoke, or workpiece breakage).
2. Real time monitoring and adjustment
Observing the shaping process: Real time monitoring of workpiece deformation through observation windows or monitoring systems to avoid damage caused by excessive shaping.
Record data: Record key parameters such as calibration force, temperature, and time for subsequent analysis and process optimization.
Timely adjustment: If uneven deformation of the workpiece or unsatisfactory calibration effect is found, the operation should be paused and parameters or fixtures should be adjusted.
3. Environment and Maintenance
Environmental requirements: Ensure that the working area of the sizing machine is clean and dry, and avoid impurities such as dust and oil from entering the interior of the equipment.
Regular maintenance: Perform regular maintenance according to the equipment manual (such as replacing hydraulic oil, cleaning filter elements, and checking seals).
Calibration and testing: Regularly calibrate the accuracy and force sensors of the shaping machine to ensure stable equipment performance.
